About
Rigorous analysis, explained clearly.
NashBridge Analytics is a data analytics and business intelligence consultancy based in Victoria, British Columbia. It helps organizations turn complex or fragmented data into clearer, more useful information.

Who I am
I’m Najeh Chaabane, an economist and quantitative analyst. I hold a PhD in Economics, validated by WES as Canadian-equivalent, and I have more than a decade of university teaching experience.
My background spans statistics, econometrics, research and data analytics.
After more than a decade of research and teaching, I kept seeing the same gap: the organizations that could benefit most from careful analysis — small businesses, nonprofits, local public bodies — were the least likely to have anyone doing it. NashBridge is my attempt to close that gap in Victoria, with the rigour of academic work and the practicality that a small team actually needs.

Tools support the work. They aren’t the point of it.
How I work
Every project starts by understanding the problem. The typical sequence:
- 01
Understand
Your goals, your data and the decisions it needs to support.
- 02
Assess
Data quality, reporting gaps and analytical challenges.
- 03
Analyze
Appropriate quantitative and analytical methods.
- 04
Visualize
Important information in a form people can understand.
- 05
Improve
Automate or streamline repetitive processes where it helps.
- 06
Support
Help your team use the results with confidence.
What I believe about analytics
Good analytics shouldn’t make information more complicated. It should make important information easier to understand.
I combine analytical rigour with practical communication, so that data becomes useful to the people making decisions.
Working in English or French
I deliver work, from the first conversation to the final report, in English or French.
How I handle your data
Client data is stored in a Canadian Microsoft 365 tenant and accessed only by me. I use it solely for the work you’ve engaged me to do.
Nothing from a client project appears on this site or in any public example without written permission, and anonymized examples are labelled as such.
When an engagement ends, your data is returned or securely deleted at your choice, and I confirm it in writing.
Let’s make your data more useful.
